  4. 30 x Hill Climbs– https://vimeo.com/100209440 as fast as possible as one circuit.Take 1 minute rest. Repeat circuit 5 times.

Breakfast

  • Scrambled eggs with wild salmon and asparagus

  • Turkey breast with tomatoes, cucumber and spinach (drizzle with olive oil)

  • Steak, mushrooms, avocado, broccoli and peppers
