Drinks

Throughout the course of this three week plan we recommend eliminating caffeine. Caffeine can have a detrimental effect on the adrenal glands and make fat loss more difficult as the body can be trapped in the sympathetic branch of the nervous system. The goal of this challenge is to help you get your body to state of thrive rather than survive.

Drinks should be limited to:

2-3l of water per day with organic rock salt (aids digestion and gut repair)
Herbal teas
High quality decaf

We recommend that you avoid drinking calories when on the plan so fruit juices, protein shakes, milk, soda are all out.

Note: if you are following the elimination plan you may be opting for a veg blend for breakfast.
