This is a brilliant snack to serve with salads, buffets or cold meats or fish.
- One large Avocado
- Juice of half a lemon
- Greek yogurt
- One garlic clove
- Mash up an Avocado in a bowl until it is a paste.
- Add lemon juice, 3 dessert spoons of Greek yogurt.
- Finely chop your garlic clove and throw that in too, add a pinch of salt.
- Whisk with a fork until it makes a light green paste
- Add more lemon to taste. Enjoy!
