This is a brilliant snack to serve with salads, buffets or cold meats or fish.

Ingredients Guacamole

  • One large Avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Greek yogurt
  • One garlic clove
  • Salt


  1. Mash up an Avocado in a bowl until it is a paste.
  2. Add lemon juice, 3 dessert spoons of Greek yogurt.
  3. Finely chop your garlic clove and throw that in too, add a pinch of salt.
  4. Whisk with a fork until it makes a light green paste
  5. Add more lemon to taste.  Enjoy!
