We will then look at the way you eat and help you create the optimum diet for you. We believe that every body is completely different and the reason past diets haven’t worked is that they either ask things of you that your current lifestyle doesn’t align with, or they’re asking you to eat in a way that simply doesn’t support how your body functions.

Semi-Private Personal Training

What is Semi-Private PT?

home-group-PTSimply put, semi-private coaching is personal training at 50% of the cost of our personal training. At the start of the journey with us you’ll be taken through our body balance screening, our nutrition screening and our coaching screening programmes.

These will help us to learn what training and good plan will best suit you. Semi-private training is not a class, there will be others present (2-4), which is great for motivation, but you’ll have your own programme, designed to suit your needs and balances.

During your 1-2-1 strategy coaching session we’ll help you to uncover anything that may have held you back in the past, and help you to create strategies to avoid these pitfalls if they arise again. We’ll do this every month to make sure your progress never stops.

It’s all about you

The next step is to find out if we’re a good fit. We’ll ask you to fill out the questionnaire below and then we’ll call to book a consultation, where we’ll wxplore your goals in more depth. You won’t be able to pay us during this session; it’s an exploratory conversation only.

We take client selection very seriously, so the goal of this session is for you to leave feeling happy that we’ve got your best interested in mind, whether we end up working together or not.

Your investment

During the exploratory session we’ll discuss your goals in more detail than you have ever discussed them before.

We’ll then map out the investment you’ll need to make in order to get what you really want – your investment in terms of time, application and, yes, finance.

We’ll offer you what is required to achieve your goal in the timeframe that we agree. Don’t panic though, we won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. This is a personal relationship and we want you to get the results you desire.
