The aim of this workout is to address muscle imbalance. What I want you to do is test how many reps you can do on the left then test how many you can do on the right. During the workout you will be ignoring your strong side.
Start by performing maximum reps with good form on both left and right. Take the number of reps you managed on your week side and take away 1 rep. Now complete 5 rounds of this workout using the 1 reps less than maximum for each set.
After 5 sessions re-test and see if you have addressed the balance
