Workout of the week

OK, this is our new workout of the week feature.  We aim to help you by putting together simple, easy to follow workouts.  They will be 15-20 minute workouts that are to be performed at high intensity but with a focus on form.  To kick things off try this workout and use the videos below to aid your technique.

Note: Bent over row should be performed with kettlebells to allow a smooth transition from squat to row.

20 swings, 10 squats, 10 bent over rows, 10 press ups- complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.  Record how many you manage and repeat 3 times over a week.
